Yes
I'm sorry. I'm not giving you much to work with here.

In its heyday, I had only ever watched it if I stumbled upon it while channel surfing. My wife, however, is a fan of Frasier, so we have watched a few episodes together. So although I am familiar with the characters, I have not really done more than dip my toes in the water.
frasier is the second-best television show of all time. considering people are saying that about breaking bad all the time, i assume it's code for "it's a pretty good show."
Seinfeld is better than all of these shows.

My favorite part of Frasier was when one of the brothers said something haughty and then immediately did something crude and stupid.

Great show.

I've known for a while that putting the espresso in before the water fucked up an Americano, but I never knew why. A coffee shop taught me this week that putting the water on top of the espresso heats it up to much and ruins the taste. She called it "shocking" the espresso. Now when I tell barristas they're doing it wrong, I know why!
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

We use Chemex (http://www.chemexcoffeemaker.com/) and french press in this house, plus a drip pot when we have a lot of company. The Chemex gives a very clean cup of coffee, as opposed to the french press that makes a more robust, less filtered cup.

If you're looking to do single-serving pour over, I'd recommend the V60:

https://www.craftcoffee.com/how-to-make ... brew-guide

With either the Chemex or V60, you'll need a brew pot with a small, thin spigot to have a more controlled pour over your grinds.
this is great. thanks. :nice:

Sweet. We grind our beans with 30 pulses for french press, 40 pulses for Chemex.
Note that Chemex, V60, and other pour overs all require specific filters -- they are not "one size fits all."
I read that about the Chemex filters. Are they significantly more than other filters?
