Because if you do your fucking job correctly, I should still like and enjoy the experience of seeing what you did with the script. The wow or surprise or "spoiler" aspect shouldn't matter at all.

That's actually a really great point. And echoes kinda what Lucas said in the interview I posted earlier.

Here's some (alleged) leaked concept art (so probably not the final design) of Snoke, from one of those "art of Star Wars" type books:

I hope those are real, though I doubt it based on other stuff we've seen/heard. But I hope those are real.

I've found it surprisingly easy to avoid spoilers on this. I don't know anything about these names you guys keep throwing out. I just know there is a black guy, and white girl, a ball shaped robot, and a dude in a stupid looking mask. That's about it.

Same.

Everything I know I had to specifically seek out. Avoiding spoilers for this has been absurdly easy.

That's partly because Disney did an amazing job keeping material under wraps. There's not much known info out there to spoil

Or just Star Wars in general. He is now my favorite character in all the franchise.

There was a press screening here yesterday. Those attending had phones and bags taken off them and signed non disclosure/embargo things, bound to remain silent until the 17th apparently.
It's out here on the 16th.
