Pippen was a better passer, rebounder and one of the best defenders the NBA has ever seen. People tend to forget that it was Pippen who would generally guarded the other teams best player, not Jordan. And he could guard anyone... PGs, forwards, centers.

It is still going, as far as I can tell. But please don't tell me you are a Reggie Miller apologist?

I always hated him when I was a kid. Now I hate listening to him on TV, although there is an unintentional hilarity aspect sometimes.

He was a great shooter and those Pacers teams were tough. He's a very good player, but not a legend.

Using "legend" as the metric makes things really tough when it comes to Steph Curry, though.

Dont go lenny. You'll do better next time. Just don't hitch your troll wagon to a career loser like Miller.

Because it's WAY too early to call him an NBA legend, but at the same time even if he never played another game, his three-point shooting is already the stuff of legends. In fact, if he never played again it'd probably make it even more legendary in that Bo Jackson sort of way. Bo Jackson is a legend, but not an all-time great in either sport he played.

Maybe I'm going too far into semantics, but I don't think legend has to mean all-time great. Now I don't know what I think.

He was 39% for his career and averaged roughly 2 made per game. Roughly the same numbers as Dennis Scott. Not a legend.

At this point, Pippen > Curry. That can absolutely change eventually, though.
