Bill Simmons ranked Reggie 63 on his greatest players pyramid and I've seen him in the 70s on other lists.

Also, Reggie's PER of 18.36 ranks him 129. That's a pretty freaking low when you consider PER typically favors an offensive-minded player like Reggie.
