One of the theories is that Rey and Ren are brother and sister and Ren hides her on jakku cos he knows the supreme leader is going to ask him to kill his family to prove his commitment to the dark side.

There's no recognition between Rey and Ren.

There's minimal recognition (if any) between Leia and Rey.

Rey and Luke are connected. Remember that R2D2 woke with Rey's presence (or The Force at the least)

I thought the reason Rey was able to Read Rens mind was because they are related. There is a stronger connection there.
