That describes my season one experience. Several things to like. Didn't laugh out loud much and got bored at parts.

Season two, however, was much stronger. I watched the whole thing yesterday and almost started season three. Decided I was too tired.

Six episodes in; it's starting to come together nicely just as most of you had said.

That has been the universal view of the first 3 episodes of the new season. It picks up, and my wife and I went back and rewatched the first 3 episodes last night after seeing the whole season, and they're a lot better the second time through.
That's good to hear. I'm only 3 episodes in as well, and they seem a lot less funny than I was hoping. Certain parts really drag on, like Sweat and Squeeze.

Finished the last of these last night. This was pretty perfect. I really hope they make more, even if it's a film.

Yeah, I enjoyed Gob when I first started watching, still do. But besides Buster, Lucille's character is off the charts for me. Especially this new season.

I thought Buster was so annoying at first, now he cracks me up every time he is on screen.

With the release of 15 new episodes of "Arrested Development" on Netflix, one of the show's fans has taken it upon himself to re-edit the entire season in what he calls "chronological order." He has released downloadable episodes of his version of the show on Reddit via Mega.
