i'm not a big pot roast fan to be honest
one thing i really liked though was when my mom took the leftover juice and cooked it in rice...probably about the same as using a bullion cube though when i think about it

My housemate works for a food company that provides food to hotels n fancy restaurants. He can get top quality stuff. His pal ordered enough strip loin steak for 5 people..then said no way when she heard the price. So he brought it home. It's huge! How to cook it though...
