Thank goodness we have all these new characters and mysteries for Colin Treverrow to shit on, right at the end when it really, really counts.

I'm kinda shocked that only me and someone else voted that it was better than the PT, but not as good as the OT.

McParadigm's commitment to shitting on a movie he hasn't seen is pretty commendable

Turns out that even with 30 years of technological advancement, that it all it took was a couple of grenades tossed from a space plane to destroy the new death star.McParadigm wrote:You know how the starkiller base is sorta the same but way, way bigger?EJ wrote:Was that a remake of Ten?McParadigm wrote:Let's all go listen to some Lightning Bolt.EJ wrote:Best of all the films 21% 21% [ 7 ]

So the majority really feel this feel is "as good as" Empire?

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens (2015)
I mean, I didn't hate the film, but it's no Empire. Not even close. It's no ANH either. I can maybe see the case for it being on par with ROTJ though. That film had some serious flaws too. The rough drafts of the film and the original plan for the not so happy ending would have made the film possibly better than Empire. However, like with the prequels, the finished product that we got was a let down.LoathedVermin72 wrote:Give it a few years.darth_vedder wrote:So the majority really feel this feel is "as good as" Empire?

I think that vote reflects the 'this is as good as the original movies but I'm not ready to rank them' positiondarth_vedder wrote:So the majority really feel this feel is "as good as" Empire?
