American Graffiti is fine. Literally. Fine. It isn't bad but it isn't good either.

It's just below Star Wars.

And let me be as clear as possible here, Star Wars (a new hope) is barely a good movie. It's the pure imagination and camp of the thing that makes it worthwhile and has allowed it to endure all these years.

George Lucas is a great idea man, but a giant fraud, a hack as a filmmaker.

are all imax showings in 3D? that's my biggest deterrent from going to imax anymore
