i'm not sure...i generally don't like 3D either
I saw my first viewing on an imax screen and while the 3D was annoying the huge screen and sound was great

Yeah. It's something about the screen writers guild. Has to be submitted or something.

Well it's ambiguous enough too, doesn't spell it out.

She could just be the padawan he was able to save and stash from his Jedi academy.

Seriously who didn't see that coming when the sabre handle flew to Rey's hand?

I just read the script. It doesn't tell us anything new. No textual clues, just descriptions of emotions - what we see in frame.

That scene in the forest, lots of people expected it to be Luke standing there and it flies to him.
That would have been too much. Glad it didn't happen.

As was said about that theory in latest Jedi council, they'd have an awful lot of explaining to do if that were the case. At this point it's as almost as viable as the other big theories but it would really take up a lot of screen time and exposition to make that the case successfully.

Spoiler: show
Rey is Obi-Won's granddaughter. There's apparently a treatment that Disney has for an Obi episode set between 3&4 that fills some of this in, plus all the Obi voices during Rey's vision in TFA.
Also, re: The Clone Wars tv series:
Spoiler: show
they made TCW series canon. And why bother introducing an Obi-Wan "love story/love interest" in that show if not for setting up something to come. It's a weird thing to shoehorn in.
