They think OBJ deserves at least a one game suspension for the helmet to helmet hit. So Stephen A. basically said that Dungy should have gotten the chance to go to the super bowl with the bucs but was fired for a white coach in John Gruden back in 2002 and he didn't get the chance because he was black.
