OK, here's 10 or so:

01. Chastity Belt - Time to Go Home
The best all-girl grunge revival album of 2015.

02 The Hard Aches - Pheromones
Rocking Oz fare, heartfelt and to the point.

03 Floating Points - Elaenia
Cool, trippy vibes, no vox, ambient jazz perhaps?

04 Tame Impala - Currents
Very good indeed.

05 Bob Moses - All in All
Upbeat smooth grooves. My wife likes this one a lot.

06 Mikal Cronin - MCIII
Not bad at all. Solid stuff from one of the 'flavour of the month' gang.

07 Local H - Hey Killer
Great album, it rocks.

08 Robert Forster - Songs to Play
Awesomeness from an Australian legend.

09 We Lost the Sea - Departures
Just a beautiful album, start to finish. No vox, post rock fare.

10 Waxahatchee - Ivy Trip
This album is certainly moreish. Got lots of play by me this year. Some great hooks here.

11 James McMurtry - Complicated Game
Smooth voiced tunes from a C&W guitar man.

12 Courtney Barnett - Sometimes I Sit...
Quirky Oz pop by everyone's favourite.

13 Stone Jack Jones - Love and Torture
Murky and great.

14 Vetiver - Complete Strangers
This was a bit of a "go to" album for me at work this year. Listened to it a lot. Bit of a dreamy quality to it, solid start to end.

Some good stuff released this year. Lots of stuff in my top 25 or so that will get repeat play.

Time to start my "2016" album folder I guess.

01 Chastity Belt - Time to Go Home
02 Bully - Feels Like (a really good KD approved album)
03 Courtney Barnett - Sometimes I Sit (perhaps more 'slacker rock', but you get the idea)
04 Dilly Dally - Sore
05 Skating Polly (this is just here to make up the numbers - I haven't actually listened to these chicks bar a few singles)

Certainly no apology needed, friend -- if they're at all like Courtney Barnett I would almost definitely approve.

They are great. Classic mid 90's girl alt rock. Like Courtney Barnett.

I listened to that Dick Diver at work today and really liked it despite being distracted with work the entire time. It's going to get a dedicated headphones listen tonight.

After my late night headphones listen, I would instantly put it in my top 10 of the year. Really good stuff.
