I won't new big climactic drama thing.
They're presumably gonna spend a good amount of time on the island.
He's gonna tell her then.

Unless he's in a lightsaber duel and has been mortally wounded and he uses his last breath to tell her he's her dad

IMDB still lists Rian Johnson as the only screenwriter for Ep 9. I'm sure CT will have input as is expected/normal. But I don't think he's writing the script as such.

Read somewhere that he's doing 9 also and that he and JJ and Kasdan have locked in the story for the whole trilogy.
