I voted that it was better than Jedi and the prequels but not as good as ANH or Empire.

Honestly, I think the movie might be a more competent film that ANH but since ANH came first, I'll give it the edge on originality points.

It's nowhere near as good as Empire though.

And thank you Sarge for acknowledging that post. I laughed forever posting that. And I was starting to get upset that no one seemed to notice it.

This is cool. The SW cast appeared on a kids tv show in the 80s

Hamill talks about the prequels!

This on Twitter
Happy to announce that THE FORCE AWAKENS by Alan Dean Foster has hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list! Thank you everyone!

I got the audiobook and only managed a third of it. There is a ton more stuff in the book that answers a lot of questions and perceived plot holes/discrepancies.

But not written all that well imo. Though it does include all the relevant sound effects and music at the right times

God, I hope it's Luke and Leia.
Super mega Force powers = explained
Luke is in exile = explained
People seem to know her but no one says shit = explained
Left to die on desert planet by presumably ashamed family = explained
Han leaving = explained
I can't tell you how much I want this to be true.
