Sly's got that Oscar in the bag.

Happy Brooklyn got so many noms.

Also happy Carol didn't get a Best Picture nom. Ha, suck it.

As usual, most of these categories are a joke.

Mad MAx. Really?? I haven't seen it but had no idea it was that sort of picture? I guess ill have to check it out.

ROOM was fantastic. That is quite the category for best actor though.

You kind of have to give the award to sly at this point right?

Best Foreign Film is probably the strongest group of nominees in this very staid batch.

I can't believe all the love The Martian is getting. Just confounding.

Mad Max was a fairly standard summer blockbuster and not at all what i expect to be nominated

The Martian was a fun movie, but it seemed like the movie equivalent of eating your favorite candy

I think if I won a trip for two to the awards I would probably take spike. I feel like he would have the best comments about all of the smugness there.

Randomly, I've seen all the Best Picture noms except Revenant

In my mind Bridge of Spies & Room are the only ones worthy of such a title, even though I did really like Mad Max
