Ser Lyn is a member of the Lords Declarant, who are opposed to Lord Petyr Baelish's regency over the Vale. He uses a Valyrian steel sword named Lady Forlorn. Made a name for himself at the Battle of the Trident, taking up his father's sword and slaying Ser Lewyn Martell of the Kingsguard. He is also noted for having killed more opponents in duels than any other man in The Vale.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail.
