i've always liked fitz. i'm glad that big play was more him than the quarterback. palmer's a buffoon.turned2black wrote:I must admit, Fitz has been shockingly good this year. I've always been a fan, but that contract seemed waaaaay too big. He hadn't had 1,000 yards in 3 years. Was catching 60 to 80 balls a year. I'm happy he's proven me wrong.

I'd rather play in Carolina, then have Seattle come here.

Re: 2015 NFL Season
The refs were fairly terrible in that game. Obvious pass inferences on the Cards and a bunch of holds missed against the Pack. Both Freeney and Calais were held multiple times. And there was a really blatant one on a Golden blitz in the 4th.

2 early morning takeaways from the late game:
1. Apparently there's nothing in the rule book about the coin having to flip; that was the ref's decision alone. Since the Pack lost both flips it's kind of a moot point, but Rodgers said he would've changed the call if given the chance: http://espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/2014/st ... -cardinals

Not perfect at all. Who didn't want to see if Rodgers could pull off a third Hail Mary this season?

Two for Two on picks, so that only means today's picks will be wrong.Coach wrote:Gronk now has a back and knee injury.
Sack leader Chandler Jones is smoking synthetic weed and showing up at police departments half naked and praying.
Edelman will play, but chances of reinjury (foot) are very high.
Belichick has mysterious black eye.
Brady has mild high ankle sprain.
Best o-linemen (Vollmer) had limited practice participation from ankle injury.
Pats should still win, though.
Full picks:
Pats
Broncos
Seattle
Cardinals

An NFL game that finishes with overtime can't have a perfect ending. It's literally impossible.

Also, an NFL, with really bad officiating this year, means most games never end well and are full of controversy.
