Meet and Greets?

Post by shesaid »

Hey guys,
Just curious whether or not PJ offer meet and greets on their tours. My dad is turning 50 this year and is a huge fan, so my sister and I were hoping to get him a meet and greet with the band, but unsure if they do this kind of thing - I'm pretty sure dad's never had the opportunity at the concerts he's been to here in Perth, Australia, but he's heading to the US in May/June so we're hoping he might be able to catch a show there. I know they haven't announced tour dates at that time, but I'm hopeful!
Thanks for your help!

They are very rarely sold or auctioned. Mexico City had a meet and greet auctioned last year. It went for a few grand. Meeting each member was not guaranteed. I think they sold meet and greets to Missoula 2012 too.

Lol, I see what you did there ;)

I do try to be a good daughter, my dad is a great father - in fact, some may say, you can't find a better man...

Can you imagine the level of psychopaths that would be at a PJ meet and greet.

Is this the first time someone has come on this board to obtain Pearl Jam-related information for their 50 year-old parents?

This is causing me to question some things about my life.

Besides this, I'm shocked they don't do this regularly. Plenty of money in it.

It's the missing link between stadium shows and casino shows

That said, Boom will be at the Alderwood Mall Albert Lee Appliance signing autographs from 1:00-2:30pm this Tuesday.

"signing autographs" isn't the same as signing a delivery confirmation from the warehouse

Boom would be the only one to show up at any meet and greets. And that's only because he's a hired hand.
