RM is a bit of an outlier, as far as Internet forums go. Reasonable discourse seems to be far more prevalent than here than most other places, and opinionated cunt / member ratio is extremely low.

I have never delved very deep into the more personal side of RM but I would have to imagine it has something to do with threads like the RM'er Photo Album, Talk About Your Day, etc.

It's not as anonymous as most of the rest of the internet.
