2016 Tour Rumors

I am more surprised by some of these odds than I was with the Midwest tour.

I wouldn't wait until the last minute to enter your choices given the reliability to 10c servers during high traffic.

what exactly surprises you? Are they higher or lower odds?

Ottawa is very surprising. In 2011, I won the old lottery system and had a spare 10th row ticket. I was unable to sell this for $20. I don't think this show was sold out either. I was expecting Reserved to remain at 99%. Hampton on a Monday is dropping like a stone. I was expecting odds to remain higher for most of these. I still expect NYC to close at 1%.

I'm still curious about the accuracy of these odds? Jacksonville and Tampa for example are 99% reserved so I'm wondering if no one is putting either of these as their first choice and that is why it is so high but I'm also wondering if they stay that way the entire time if I could put those as my 7th or 8th option and still get tix because the odds are so high. Does the 99% probability only apply if it your first choice or is it 99% regardless of where we list it. Maybe people aren't favoring those because they are Monday and Wednesday shows? See how I am overthinking the shit out of this. Although they haven't been to Florida since '08 (not counting Pensacola) I never really had trouble getting tix to any of the shows down here with the old system. Shit that year I had the time to drive to Columbia,SC and Virginia Beach so I did knowing my ten club seats would be the best there. I'm really curious about the experience of others with this system last tour and their results? Did you guys have success getting multiple shows? I want to get my fill this tour because I know it will be awhile if they ever make it back down here plus they aren't getting any younger.

I also saw on over on the Pit some people claiming they got "upgraded to GA" upon picking up their tickets so I just keep coming up with new questions for this in my head.

Also, do a significant portion of the 10C make the trek down here? I promised Peeps we would meet up, smoke weed and talk about how shitty the Lakers are.

No one got "upgraded" to GA. There were a few shows that didn't fill all of the GA slots so if you requested Res and GA to those shows (Phoenix, Calgary) you automatically got GA regardless of how you ranked them.

Upgraded was the word they used but I think you're right and that's pretty much exactly what the info page says to an extent. It says your preference is taken into consideration but is not guaranteed. Seems safe to assume that if all GA isn't filled they will fill that first then go to seats and if all that is allotted to TC doesn't sell they will be available during the normal ticket sale through ticketbastard. Only guessing though.

The thing to consider is they won't sell GA to the general public so those need to be filled. The seats can be given back.

I'm banking on everyone blowing their wads on NYC, Chicago or Fenway... and they'll announce a Gorge show in about 2 months and the lottery won't be nearly as packed.

i believe will be something as an event in a n outdoors venue at WA state and something in a small venue ..like showbox

He seems to know first. He's been hinting at what everyone assumes is The Gorge for a while. The small venue bit it new. A Showbox ticket would a toughie. That's for sure.

Ha. I'm actually only going for 10C tickets for Raleigh. Going by myself to Greenville, so I'll just get one ticket through Ticketmaster on Friday, and going with 3 other people to Columbia, so will have to do the same there too.
