Two homemade pizzas:

1. a funghi and 3-cheese white pie with gremolata, and

2. a marinara pie with olives, bell pepper, pepperoni, and red onion.

Also a salad and vino, and after some key lime pie ice cream I made.

I washed my hands repeatedly -- at approximately 100F water -- throughout the prep and serving process.

Ate a fig Newton for the first time two nights ago. I liked it, even though I still don't know what a fig is.

But boy do I know newtons. I'm normally a strawberry or raspberry fella, and turned down original fig everytime.
