i was going to make tacos, but i pulled a doug and forgot to set out the meat to thaw this morning

Do you know how to do a quick-thaw for any frozen foods?

Assuming the meat is in a sealed bag, put the meat in a metal bowl. Fill with cold water, let sit at room temp for 30 mins. Dump the water, and fill it again with cold water, let sit for another 30 mins. Voilà, your meat is now thawed.

thanks for the tip, but i may go see a movie after work so i probably will be too hungry to wait...i'm off work tomorrow so i'll just make them for lunch

I wrap mine more like a mini burrito though..its easier..I don't like small size tortilla's and usually opt for the medium sized ones

i baked some chicken tenders a few days after and used the remaining tortilla's to make chicken wraps with lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing
