i did those last week and i've been craving more ever since
I wrap mine more like a mini burrito though..its easier..I don't like small size tortilla's and usually opt for the medium sized ones
i used the mini ones last week for the first time in a really long time...they worked out okay

i baked some chicken tenders a few days after and used the remaining tortilla's to make chicken wraps with lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing
how many times have you listened to Linger today?
just once...it was on pandora while i was washing dishes...i truly love that song
its funny because I came across a cover of that from someone on youtube a few weeks ago and it was quite good

I do it in the crock pot...beef chunks..onion, potatoes, carrots, celery and garlic cloves..I also add a cup of red wine and a couple cups of brewed coffee..oregeno, a bit of sage...and I cheat because I love this stuff with it..also add a packet of knorrs vegetable soup mix and bouillon

set the crock pot on low for a minimum of 12 hours
