If you select more than I think 6 SP, it will put the others in the bullpen- and you wont be able to use them as starters at all. And you don't get to pick which ones get assigned where.

So is 6 SPs the recommended amount and then fill out the staff with actual relievers?

There's a blank spreadsheet you can download. Do a find+replace to change the player name placeholders to your actual player names. Then after every game just copy and paste the stats from the box score to your spreadsheet. If you list the first 8 players in the same order that is going to be your lineup you can copy paste in very few steps using Firefox.

Also, once your rosters are finalized please copy and paste your full 25 man roster in this thread. I'm experimenting with a league wide spreadsheet and I'll need to see your rosters to make that happen.
