What movies are you watching?

Nobody Walks.

Awful...what a movie cliche experience...the characters are so shallow, their intentions dont make sense and the whole movie is just an excuse to look and sound cool. Really this one is bad.

Falling Down (1993) (...) it'd probably be one of my favorite movies.

But I have to say, I don't know what the hell is so great about the French New Wave filmmakers. Mainly Godard.

It's like we live in different universes.

I like both of them...Falling Down have some great moments but its also too " in your face"...everything is so outspoken.,,...

As for Godard, have you seen his first movies? that guy has such a large filmography most of his work is weird and dated, but man his first movies..even if you dont like them, there is always something there to digest.

I'll have to check out more of his catalogue.

And Platy is strongly misleading . I admit that Falling Down has its problems, but as a social commentary on America I think it's great. If remade today by a guy like David Fincher, it'd be something special.

saw Mud last night, I gotta say this is the best by that director so far. The movie loses credibility for the action movie elements. they could have done without

the massive gun fight at the end. the story would have moved along just fine if the police had just been searching for him.

but anyway yeah I had to tough guy a few moments out so I wouldn't tear up in front of my friend.

I had to fight back tears myself, Dev. We could have bonded together and had a good cry.

Just noticed that Netflix added a bunch of Troma "classics", including the "Toxic Avenger" series. They also added Matt and Trey's "Cannibal! The Musical". Fun!
