If by "how to guides online" you mean male fantasy driven, often misogynistic, porn sites, I'm not sure there's been any perceptible increase in first time quality.
why not
What's the porn parody title for a film that already has a damn suggestive porny title like The Force Awakens?
Forced-Away Cums
That's pretty damn good, Mecca. Are you in the industry?

I thought that somehow something had ruptured toward the end of the movie, because I thought I could feel dampness in my pants. Turns out it was just sweat.

As soon as the credits rolled I made a beeline for the can. Stupid TV camera crew jumped on me as I walked out to get my reaction (I think mainly because I was in cosplay). I mumbled something fairly ambiguous spoilerless, and bolted for the can.

I just went back and read all our reactions to the official trailer and the biggest two things were the crashed Star Destoyer, but by a long way, Han & Chewie at the end:)

man, we had a big share party for a good few days after:)

I'm watching this again later :)

Th cone with the 'darkness.... And the light'

And you see the Falcon burst out the screen with the fanfare was pretty awesome too:)

now being a few months after the release and all the initial hype, the rehashing of the old plot lines is bothering me a little more.

i'm curious to see how i'll feel about it after seeing it again, which probably won't be until april at this point.

They used some similar plot devices, not really any plot lines, but it needs that connection..how else would they have framed the story in a way that would get everyone on board?

I'd be ok with ep.8 doing the same thing with Empire..we know it's gonna be dark, but just by those lights we can attach anything to that once we've seen it.
