This is actually a really tough matchup for me. Along with the Help Help/Deep/Xmas one, I like all these songs quite a bit; they're on a fairly even playing field. I voted Thin Air for now, but I think I could go back and forth between that or Last Kiss, which I think gets more guff than it's due.

Both Thin Air and All Night are good non essential songs. Today I'm feeling a bit more rock and roll so I'm going with All Night. That could change after a listen to both.

I love "Thin Air" -- I love the laid-back, breezy vibe the song achieves by using all major chords, and I love the modulation in the last verse. Easy vote for me.

Simple. Profound. True. Catchy. Just outstanding pop/rock lyrics.

I hate that lyric. The simplicity is fine, but I feel like those lyrics just trip over each other in a clumsy effort to include as many words as possible in one simple ideadurdencommatyler wrote:"It's not in my past to presume. I love you Stip, but I really don't understand that. At all. The words just flow so well. They breeze on the melody. It's effortless and poignant in their simplicity. And powerful.stip wrote:I hate that lyric. If he changes his vote if/when Help Help and Deep get neck and neck, I'll grab my pitchfork.

Thin Air here, but I do like Last Kiss lots. All Night is kinda... meh.
