Re: Jason Bourne
That's a cool teaser but I have no faith in it since Greengrass is directing.

Yeah, My Bro visited us in Broome a couple of years ago and we watched all 3 flicks one long Sunday. Great way to spend an arvo/evening.LetMeSleep wrote:![]()

Re: Jason Bourne
Bump.
Saw this last night. I know a bunch of you movie snobs will hate it, but it is what it is, a Bourne movie, and I enjoyed the action. I will say that the "him against the government" story is getting old. If I'm not mistaken, in the books that were continued by Lustbader, Bourne came back in and worked for the government again. They should really explore that storyline if they do another one. Could be cool just watching him go on missions to hunt down terrorists and such.

I would have liked to see Pamela Landy at some point come in and help him out.tragabigzanda wrote:I posted this in the Movies thread, but this movie was fine. Easily the weakest of the Damon installments; the story is razor thin. But the action set pieces are great, so I got my money's worth.

Re: Movie: Jason Bourne (Damon)
It certainly a huge letdown for me. It was like the epitome of a cash grab...I do agree the Renner film was much more entertaining at least. Julia Stiles short bit was probably one of the worst pieces of acting I saw last year. And it felt like Damon, while ripped as shit, was hardly even trying. Just a big disappointment all around.daft twat wrote:this is awful. The Renner movie is a hundred times more entertaining than this mess. What were they thinking?
