PSN. It's $6.59 for PS3, which is my system ($13.19 for "gold edition").

I think the first few paragraphs of the Kotaku review for Watch Dogs is pretty telling:

Have never played it, also curious. But my thought is that The Division comes out in about two weeks, and it looks like a very similar GUI with much better gameplay.
I played the closed beta and it was pretty enjoyable. A free open beta is happening on 19-21 of Feb - get on the ubisoft site and sign up if you're keen!

At that price, maybe. It was basically a poor mans GTAV.

Watch Dogs had good ideas, but the gameplay became stale after awhile and the characters were not interesting at all. Basically, a modern day Assasin's Creed but with technology! It's worth picking up for 6.59.

Doesn't look like they're offering beta keys right now for people who haven't pre-ordered. I'm hoping for a demo before spending the $60, but if there are enough great reviews I'll just go for it. Will go read some beta reviews...

Alright gamers, my wallet is at a crossroads: I'm just about to wrap up Far Cry 4, and I need a new, big game to play. Fallout 4 or The Division? Steer me towards gaming bliss...

Do you want to shoot things or do more exploration? Do you want to play primarily online? Did you enjoy Fallout 3?

Never played any other Fallout game, but I generally enjoy all things sci-fi. Online play isn't a priority. As far as exploration is concerned, I'm mostly interested in maintaining a long-term love affair with a given world. Far Cry 4 has been great in this regard, though some of the side quests have become repetitive and tiresome. Looking for something that won't have such diminishing returns as I approach 50 hours of play.

Edit: I also like crafting weapons and items in Far Cry, and I love the stealth. I know Fallout has a ton of crafting, not sure about stealth; and I know The Division has a ton of stealth, but not sure about crafting.

Hard for me to make one recommendation over the other, I haven't played the Division and likely won't.

It looks like there is essentially no real stealth in Fallout 4. I think I will roll the dice with The Division, and buy Fallout when the price drops a bit.

Bold move. I respect it. The Division could be awesome. It's dealing with a lot of cool ideas. Hopefully they pull it off. The loot drops look especially stale though and for a game based on loot and leveling that isn't a good sign.

Ugh, I know. I'm so torn. Still not confident in either decision. And loot/leveling stuff in Rainbow Six games always seems like a real slog.

Yep. and the boss fights are just another bro but with more hit points. But everything else looks good. It's just that boss fights and loot drops are fundamental to a RPG and kind of go together.

Open beta = no key required. Just sign up on the ubisoft/uplay site and it'll appear in the free games section from Tuesday, and will auto activate on the weekend. All free!

I don't know what you guys are talking about re: Fallout 4, I'm enjoying my stealthy exploits all over the Commonwealth. I'm putting suppressors on every gun I find.

I just read some online stuff pertaining to how you level up your character with agility, leather armor, and other things that are conducive to "sneak." One guy said he has put all available resources into leveling up his character's sneakability, and he's still spotted every time he gets within 10 meters of a bad guy. Doesn't sound very sneaky to me, but would love to know if there's more than meets the eye on this.
