Yep. I hate the Jets so much this one doesn't feel so bad. Plus this is what I've thought would be by far the best situation for Tebow's career.Green Habit wrote:And Tebow goes to another division rival of your team.4/5 wrote:thodoks is pissed.

Tebow needs to steal Brady's job then hand over the V card to giselle.

I don't know if this is the best situation for his career, as he clearly isn't jumping Brady on the depth chart any time soon. However, it is the best way to let Tebowmania die without killing his career at the same time, for the same reason.4/5 wrote:Yep. I hate the Jets so much this one doesn't feel so bad. I think killing Tebowmania has to happen for him to ever have a chance again, and there isn't a better place for that to happen than New England.Green Habit wrote:I don't know if this is the best situation for his career, as he clearly isn't jumping Brady on the depth chart any time soon. No pressure to play.
No fans calling for him to play.
No media availability.

None of this will keep ESPN 2's Mid day all Tebow all the time show from continuing to talk about this nonsense ad nauseum.

Not at first, but eventually it'll have to die down won't it? New England runs a slightly tighter ship and is just a bit more stable at the QB position than their NYJ brethren.Electromatic wrote:4/5 wrote:I think killing Tebowmania has to happen for him to ever have a chance again, and there isn't a better place for that to happen than New England.Green Habit wrote:I don't know if this is the best situation for his career, as he clearly isn't jumping Brady on the depth chart any time soon. Training camp may be a bit unbearable, but once the Pats get into the midst of their usual 12-4ish season things on that front will be quiet.

It was a good way to divert attention from NE's still questionable defense and all the lingering drama after not resigning Welker.
