Re: PRAMG Top 10
I gotta chime in here on the when the PRA era starts.
Man of the Hour is part of the Riot Act Era. I don't know if eras strictly start with the release of an album, but an era for an album has to at least be extended through it's tour. So saying everything after November 12, 2002 is post Riot Act is pretty stupid if you ask me.
I would say Bridge 2003 was part of the Riot Act era, and MotH was officially released only a month after that.
If I had to define when the Riot Act era ended I'd probably say September 2004 when they started the VFC shows.

What I'm saying is, I never should have included MOTH in my top 10.

Re: PRAMG Top 10
And expanding on not necessarily using album release dates as the start of eras, I'd say the Binaural era started on October 30, 1999.

Yield era started at those 1997 shows where they opened for the Rolling Stones.

Re: PRAMG Top 10
Should we have a thread for debating the eras? Because I lump Binaural, Riot Act, and Avocado together in my head as their political albums.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Re: PRAMG Top 10
Yea gotta go with Chud on this one.
Or maybe the Canadian Tour. That is when they realized they didnt have to have an album or anything to tour on so they just went out and played.

I'd have to include VFC in the "Riot Act Era" as they are inescapably tied thematically.
