The Finals
Barristan THE BOLD Selmy

Hand of the Queen | Court of Daenerys I - He is considered one of the most skilled and respected knights in the Seven Kingdoms; Bran Stark believes him to be the greatest living knight. Despite advanced age, he looks strong and graceful and every bit the skilled knight he was in his youth. He remained a formidable fighter even in his advanced years, winning the championship of a tourney at King's Landing at the age of 57, and unhorsing Sandor Clegane in a tilt in the tourney on Prince Joffrey's name day, just a year prior to the outbreak of the War of the Five Kings. Badass Grandpa: So badass, he makes other, much younger, knights and guards visibly wilt when he reaches for his sword... only to drop it on the ground. That this is out of sheer relief he wasn't going to slaughter them is painfully obvious. It is worth noting that Jaime considers him to be somebody he'd not happily choose to tangle with, even considering their differences... both philosophical and age-related. He'd quite happily enjoy trying to beat sense into Jaime's head by contrast, however... if he thought for a minute it'd stick. Even though he's over 60, word has it that in his prime Selmy could have fought even Arthur Dayne, widely considered as the greatest swordsman ever, to a standstill if Dayne had used a regular sword instead of his Thunderbolt Iron sword Dawn.
The commander of the City Watch confronted me, emboldened by my empty scabbard, but he had only three men with him and I still had my knife.

VS
Jaime KINGSLAYER Lannister

House Lannister | Knight of the Kingsguard - Members of the Kingsguard, by virtue of being members, are considered the de facto finest knights in the realm, and all of them are at least excellent fighters. Jaime is a born warrior, and most of his skills lie in the area of martial expertise. Jaime only feels truly alive when fighting or making love. He's seen as the best swordsman in Westeros and might well hold claim to the title if an absolute ranking were ever established. He's able to duke it out while chained and fettered against skilled and physically stronger opponents after spending a full book, about a year or so, rotting in a dungeon and massively underfed. Further testimony to his skill is Lysa Arryn's refusal to let him act as Tyrion's champion in trial by combat; even Lysa, depicted as borderline delusional, knows that if they did, Tyrion would be free. Out of universe, GRRM stated that in a fight between Aragorn (the original badass) and Jaime, the latter would win. We all know how Aragorn fights, so Jaime must be pretty impressive...
I learned from Ser Arthur Dayne, the sword of the morning, who could have slain all five of you with his left hand while he was taking a piss with the right.

Jaime by way of being more likely to fight dirty and having more endurance or stamina due to age.
