I just don't feel like doing it during the work week. It takes me like 45 minutes to do a weeks worth over the weekend. I'm just trying to keep up with it this year, I've felt bad about not having them in previous campaigns.

I made a terrible mistake and switched to 2000 Pedro for this year's tournament. Last time we went with 1999.

After the abysmal performance of 1994 Frank Thomas in the last one, I was very close to leaving him off completely. Instead I switched him for 1993 Frank Thomas and he's been outstanding.

I still feel like it will turn around.

You're tied for third and only three games out of first, so it's not like it's been bad.

Because when you put a bunch of starters on your team whatif creates a rotation out of them and sometimes sticks one or two in the pen. Nothing you can do about it.

IIRC the Red Sox had a mediocre first half last time, as well.

I went back and looked, cause I remembered them starting slow too, but by the All-Star Break they pretty much completely turned around.

Thomas is the same way. He was MVP in 1993 and 1994, and was actually far better in 1994 than 1993. But 1994 Thomas was so awful in the last Franchise Tournament (and I think was awful in the LCS Era Tournament too, if I remember correctly).

Sometimes I feel like (outside of the White Sox fanbase) people forget what an absolute hitting machine Frank Thomas was from 1990-2000. Some of those numbers are obscene.
