Can't escape Taylor today. My girl was in the jolly jumper and I put Pete's Mixtape on. She loved State of Grace. Later on I walk in to the kitchen and my wife and son are dancing to Shake It Off.
Now I'm on my first real night shift in years and prompted by the Alex comment about Def Leppard I'm watching the CMT Crossroads of DefLep and Taylor. Very weird.

I pretty much agree with you, Pete -- though I do think there a few winners ("Wildest Dreams" and "I Know Places" particularly) on the back half of the album.
Agreed on Wildest Dreams and I Know Places, but I'd add Bad Blood now.
In a TS interview recently she said this about where she will be in 5 years.......
"I’ll probably still be single, let’s be honest. No one’s going to sign up for this and everything that goes with it. Like, “Hi, nice to meet you, want a date? Do you love camera flashes? I hope you do!'"
Chud....call her up. I think with your charisma you would flourish in the spotlight.

She is such an awkward performer -- so robotic. She is much more natural with a guitar in her hand. She has no gift for this choreographed stage routine bullshit.
