I voted for "Last Exit" but changed it to "Rival." I love them both, but I too have been swayed by the dog.

Re: II-2: Last Exit v Rival
I almost just did this as well... I went back and listened to both, giving Rival a good shot, and Rival is great, one of the top 2 or 3 highlights from a great album. But.... Last Exit is peak Pearl Jams. Pretty much all that is good about Rival is there and better in Last Exit. Maybe not the mood, but the studio Last Exit, with the free jazz intro and the drum kick to start, that's just too good to vote against in this case.Kevin Davis wrote:I voted for "Last Exit" but changed it to "Rival."

This is probably the hardest match up (for me) so far!
I'm going to show Rival some love.... but won't be in the slightest upset if Last Exit smashes it!

Upon reflection, I concede; you guys were right about the production of "Rival". It does sound great.
"Last Exit" is still better, though.

Re: II-2: Last Exit v Rival
I'm really back and forth on this one, two really great songs but Rival gets a slight Binaural boost
