I love that this matchip came up. Vote for Grievance, as Sad hasn't aged so well, but these were each my favorite song from that era at some point (currently Rival)

oh baby. Two of my favorite PJ songs.

Gotta go with Grievance.

Ed wrote both of these monsters. Goddamm.

Either of these could win it all and i'd be a happy little shit.

This is a really good match. Two pretty even songs in my book. But, gotta go with the more gut-punch reaction I get when I hear Grievance.

"Grievance" is a bit overrated. "Sad" for me.

Grievance has grown on me a lot over the last couple years. I'll give it the slightest advantage here.

I gotta be perfectly honest with you here ... even 16 years later and after countless listens, I still get Grievance confused with Insignificance. But I still prefer both of those to Sad, so I'm voting for Grievance.

Haha, I like that anybody casually glancing at this thread just sees a bunch of people going "sad".

I listen to these songs and find it Hard to believe this is the same band that produced Lightning Bolt.
