and, I take back the Scherzer / Ubaldo compairison, after watching the clips Ubaldo is more herky jerky before the pitch... when he seperates his ball hand from glove. Scherzer bothers me more on his violent follow through.

Yeah, but to this point Scherzer has been healthy. a little arm soreness at the end of last season that cost him all of two starts. The hard part in previous years was keeping his delivery repeatable.

for as much as i love the complete game loss, as we have CG as a category in my fantasy league, it would be nice if the Tigers could get Fister a win again at some point this year

Speaking of the MLB Network, I was just thinking the other day how awesome it is having that now. Being able to watch that and NHL Network makes ESPN's refusal to cover the two irrelevant.

They have a great group of commentators. They basically took every good guy ESPN had and then sprinkled in some other good ones. Since I dont give a shit about the NFL or the NBA, I basically have no use for ESPN.

on Comcast it's free with some packages

I'm not sure if it's part of the "sports" pack (with the Red Zone channel and some other sports channels) for like $5 a month or not

I love that Baseball Seasons show, especially when they are seasons from the 90s.

Brian Kenny and Eric Byrnes? lol, theres a couple guys ill catch on early in the night too that are kinda boring.

LOVE when Larry Bowa's on... he gets so fired up over lil things.
I could listen to John Smoltz talk pitching all night
I could listen to Harold Reynolds talking mid infield / turning 2 all night

and Bob Costas or Matt Vasgersian are probably 2 of the best play by play guys.

Kenny beyond sucks... every now and then he goes off on some topic, and has this, "im right" attitude, and you can just see Harold, or Mitch, or one of the players, want to slap him and say "did you play the game? no? then shut the F up"
