Interesting... I'm not sure what my favorite 3 song run would be.stip wrote:it does have my favorite 3 song run in the catalog, though
Maybe something from Binaural. Maybe NAIS - Thin Air - Insignificance?
Or maybe Black - Jeremy - Oceans?
I'll have to think about it.

Insignificance
Of The Girl
Grievance
Rival
Sleight of Hand
Personally, I just don't see how that can be fucked with, regardless of how the album is viewed in total.

I'll have to think about it.
Not For You - Tremor Christ - Nothingman
Insignificance - Of the Girl - Grievance
Smile - Off He Goes - Habit
Black - Jeremy - Oceans
Brain of J - Faithful - No Way
Go - Animal - Daughter
Life Wasted - WWS - Comatose is my favorite (I do NOT think these are their three best songs. While I think they're criminally underrated I am happy to admit that some of this is just that they scratch an itch not too many people may have)
Go-Animal-Daughter
Once-Even Flow-Alive
Alive-Why Go-Black
Not For You - Tremor Christ - Nothingman
are all close, but not my favorite.

Re: RANK THE ALBUMS
Go/Animal/Daugther is pretty much unbeatable for me but if we were to bend the rules to include the pre-release tracklisting of Binaural (which is the only way I listen to the record), Nothing As It Seems/Fatal/Sleight of Hand is a wonderful run of songs too.

There's so many great runs. One that immediately came to mind: Hail Hail, Who You Are, In My Tree.

For me it might actually be MFC-Low Light-In Hiding. Not the most beloved songs from Yield I suppose but I fucking love them.

Grievance, Rival, Sleight of Hand
and
Red Mosquito, Lukin, Present Tense
Those are the two I immediately thought of. I'd have to think if another run would be close.
