Meh. His reasoning is sound. Bammer just made the wrong choice. Well, a lot of people made the wrong choice.

His reasoning is sound. I don't disagree. I just like consistency.

Re: March Madness 2016! Rules and results
Look dude, I don't give a shit what song it is. I'm just asking for consistency. You, by way of your own "rules" and explanations, have turned this into a weird and unnecessary "conspiracy" against one fucking song. And it's so totally stupid.
This is my final word on the whole thing. Talk down to us as much as you want from here on out. I just think it's absurd. It never should have been this way. This is all so blech.
And for the record, I appreciate all you do for RM. I appreciate that you run this thing every year. It's always fun. And none of it really matters. And I'd rather have dumb inconsistent rules than no tournament at all. So...
Thanks!

To be fair the way he handled it was in the rules, and I understand the argument for doing it the way he did this time. But I do think it would be better if ties were handled the same way throughout.

But you were also right. Pete said it better. I could learn a lot from his pithy brevity.
