Giants-Tigers could get intense. I'm sure that deep down, skitch hates himself.

Disappointing to see how poorly Koufax did. Thought he'd be one of the dominant aces.

He has disappointed in previous tournaments, too. Not sure what he ever did to piss off George Brett, but it must have been bad.EJ wrote:Disappointing to see how poorly Koufax did. Thought he'd be one of the dominant aces.

We should mail him a case of Hopslam if this happens and see if it's true. The Argonaut wrote:Giants-Tigers could get intense. I'm sure that deep down, skitch hates himself.

We're actually going with Clemens for game one.Lament wrote:I assume Pedro is going for the Red Sox in game one, right?
Also, I'm assuming unless one of them shows up and says otherwise that the A's and Cards are running with the same rotations they've been using.

Truth be told, I don't think the Tigers have the starting pitching to make it to the World Series. And even if they were to, by some miracle, they've got nothing to combat the Keefe/Welch combo.

They fared pretty well against the A's in the regular season, didn't they? If I had to put money on it, I'd take the Tigers over the A's.@SkitchP wrote:The Argonaut wrote:Giants-Tigers could get intense. I'm sure that deep down, skitch hates himself.

Re: 2015 All-Time Franchise Tournament: LDS GAME ONE RESULTS
Well that sucked
I guess having my first player in 4 tournaments get ejected in the 1st inning of my first playoff game was a sign of bad things to come.

There should be more ejections.

And HBP and home-plate collisions. Every now and then I'll see back-to-back batters get hit by pitches and I'm always hoping for retaliation or injuries or brawls or ejections or something, but nothing ever comes of it.CopperTom wrote:There should be more ejections.
