I bought the venue pass almost completely because it gave me cheap access to the semi final.

At least USMNT vs Costa Rica should be even. Sucks Talon Donovan is still about 18 years away from making his debut for the team though.

Yeah very impressive that he's in the first team and now made four appearances. If he can grab a goal or an assist for them the hype will reach critical mass.

Kind of worried about the critical mass part. Hopefully he won't do too much until he gets into his twenties just for his own good.

Well I think it's a bit early to call Zelalem a shit show. He's playing well on loan and playing regularly which is the hardest part about being a young player. Next season will be interesting. He will either be on the bench for Arsenal when the season starts or he will be on loan again.

Totally agree on Julian Green though.

I think even Green still has a chance to develop. I meant that the media tends to jump the gun on any and all young prospects for the USMNT. But when there is such a void in senior team talent from 23 to about 29 it comes with the territory.

Zelalam has been on the bench of lot for Rangers lately. Kind of worried about him.

He started the majority of the 1st half of the season with them and played very well. The Rangers just re-upped his loan for the second half of the season so I'm not worried. It would be a bit bizarre to extend his loan only to sit him for the majority of the second half of the season.

Man that 23-29 gap is what is killing the USMNT. Talk about a lost generation. Totally agree though it puts a lot of attention on super young players to produce.
