Re: NBA Thread
Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James addressed some of his recent cryptic tweets and the need for conflict on championship teams while speaking to reporters Monday.
"I've got a beautiful mind and, sometimes, I like to use it in a social manner," he said of those tweets, per Hayden Grove of the Associated Press.
He added, "They’re for the educated mind, so if you have an educated mind, they hit home for you."
The cryptic tweets started March 1, when James wrote over two posts: "It's OK to know you've made a mistake. Cause we all do at times. Just be ready to live with whatever that comes with it and be with those who will protect you at all cost!"
On March 3, James noted, "Can't replace being around great friends that reciprocate the same energy back to you in all facets of life."

I used to not mind LeBron, but I'm really starting to dislike him.

Jimmy Butler is getting a second opinion with Dr. James Andrews on his knee. Good for him. The Bulls team doctors are a bunch of butchers and the front office has consistently not backed injured players all the way back to Deng. This is the same team that cleared Omer Asik to play a broken fucking leg.

Yet, they fired Thibs. I can't wait for Thibs to coach the Wolves to a 6 seed next year.verb_to_trust wrote:Jimmy Butler is getting a second opinion with Dr. James Andrews on his knee. Good for him. Hoiberg has been riding Jimmy this season just as hard as Thibs ever did. The team is just as injured as ever. Thibs has to be laughing his ass off at all this while Jerry pays him not to coach.

Re: NBA Thread
One of the top five dirtiest players in the league. I can't believe people don't see it. Must be the stupid Cliff Paul stuff. He also flops by initiating contact in transition where he does this thing where he stops and sticks his ass out into trailing defender. He tried to flop for 3 free throws against the bulls for a game winner earlier this year and didn't get the call. Rose laughed at him in a 'what kind of man are you?' sort of way as they walked off.
