Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James addressed some of his recent cryptic tweets and the need for conflict on championship teams while speaking to reporters Monday.

"I've got a beautiful mind and, sometimes, I like to use it in a social manner," he said of those tweets, per Hayden Grove of the Associated Press.

He added, "They’re for the educated mind, so if you have an educated mind, they hit home for you."

The cryptic tweets started March 1, when James wrote over two posts: "It's OK to know you've made a mistake. Cause we all do at times. Just be ready to live with whatever that comes with it and be with those who will protect you at all cost!"

On March 3, James noted, "Can't replace being around great friends that reciprocate the same energy back to you in all facets of life."

Jimmy Butler is getting a second opinion with Dr. James Andrews on his knee. Good for him. He also flops by initiating contact in transition where he does this thing where he stops and sticks his ass out into trailing defender.
