I was joking. I pay someone whenever i can. We have a guy that will do odd jobs plus minor repairs for cheap, cash under the table.

I don't outsource everything, but mostly everything. I've changed toilet seats before, although it completely grosses me out (to the point where I would consider it).

Minus materials, I would pay $10 per seat.
