I had the pleasure of playing 18 on Saturday. It was much needed.

what did u shoot?

87 with a couple of mulligans. Short game was a mess as to be expected.

i think my only golf goal at this point in my life is to shoot in the 80's...i've only been close once

keep at it, it will happen...my goal is to shoot in 60s on a real course...71 is a close as i've got

at what course?

desert willow...firecliff course..from the white tee's

i shot a 96 there from the senior tees

every hole was backed up about 3-4 groups...we called the clubhouse on the 2nd hole and they just said yeah, its busy out there and you're not the first to call....holes 5 and 6 were open and we felt great then got to 8 and backed up again...i wanted to scream so we all just left

yeah, thats what we said..it also doesn't help when people ahead of you that can't break 110 are hitting from the back tees

yeah, thats what we said..it also doesn't help when people ahead of you that can't break 110 are hitting from the back tees

That is what course marshals are for. The university course here allows fivesomes on the weekends. Suffice to say, I never play there on the weekends. Slow play is incredibly frustrating.

my friend and i went at 1pm on saturday and walked 18 in 4 hours...there were two other walkers in front of us and we only had to wait to tee off a few times

i played terribly, but it was nice that it wasn't busy

i go when he initiates it, but doubt i'll go on my own much like i have before...he's going to have his second child soon so the opportunities may be few and far between

i think that is the 3rd time i've been this year actually
