Re: The Simpsons
Only a few episodes in but Season 2 is just fantastic. It's got that unique charm of of season one with a more fully fleshed out universe.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Chud requested a season 1-10 best episode mega tournament. Who am I to tell him no? Starts tomorrow. Bracket is available as soon as sarge makes the sub forum visible.

Re: The Simpsons
This might be an unpopular opinion, but as I've been watching this lately, I think 1998-2002 was when the show was at its absolute funniest.
That said, my favorite era is still 1993-2000.

Re: The Simpsons
I really should get into this show. I mean, I know some of it, and for a few years watched it somewhat regularly (Fox Sundays after football and before the X-Files), but I have barely watched it since like 2008 or so. Even during that time frame, I couldn't tell you much about seasons 1 through 5. I think I can stream it on Netflix. I suppose I should just start at season 1 and go from there. Is that the proper course of action RM?
