We have a delicacy here called googie egg.
Boil some eggs til they're hard boiled. 2 or 3. Put them in a cup after peeling but still hot. Add a generous knob of real butter and some salt and pepper(and some sliced spring onions/diced bacon if you're feeling frisky) get a fork and mash it all up into a smooth creamy paste. More butter if required.

Smooth onto toast. Enjoy. It's glorious.
