She's Odenkirk-level. Which is a good thing!

Saul/Jimmy and Mike are two of the greatest TV characters ever.

I really loved the scene where he left the message on Kim's machine.

Yes, this show is outstanding.

It's interesting how the guy who plays Tuco's uncle can do an incredibly convincing Mexican accent when he's speaking English, and then sound so hopelessly American when he speaks Spanish.

I wonder if Kim saying she's from "near the Kansas-Nebraska border" is setting her up to be in the post-Breaking Bad Omaha scenes.

He really does look a lot older now than he did in BB (while Odenkirk miraculously looks younger). I'm telling myself it's because he starts living the good life after he hooks up with Fring's crew, and that takes a few years off his brow.

Jimmy's still got a long way to go before he's in his Breaking Bad "starting position". Remember the very first thing he suggests when confronted by Walt and Jesse is to kill Badger. Can you really picture Jimmy McGill, as we know him right now, to be so nonchalant about murder?

Something's gotta happen to get him there.

I've thought about it.
S1 is on Netflix. Do it.
