A lesser instrumental vs. a lesser album track. All the Best kind of annoys me (it's got the brashness of a song like Alligator_Aviator... but none of its inventiveness. On the other hand, I always forget what Rotary 10 sounds like.
I would vote for every single song in this round (but one) over either of these, but since I have to pick something, All the Best, I guess.
