I had the Shrimp and Edisto grits. He is one of the only ones around that uses those grits and they are awesome if done right. They were way overcooked as was my shrimp, and our appetizer portion wasn't even big enough for one person, let alone two.

That's disheartening to hear, but good to know that the Charleston food scene has a lot more to offer.

Doing a couple racks of ribs in the Masterbuilt. 6hrs at 200 with cherry wood finish. Love this time of year.

Rubbed with Famous Daves rib rub last night. Prolly use Stubbs moppin sauce on my portion, though others will prolly just use some BBQ sauce.
