This is huge fucking deal. If some of this can be traced back to the bigwigs in the "City of London" (aka the world's biggest money laundering business), global finance could be transformed. I guess. Activism is more about ostracizing and shaming now than about an engaging in an effort to change hearts and minds. I'm scheduled to go, so I'll be bothered if they cancel, but I understand that if they feel it's the right thing to do. Though it's pretty damn ironic that Bruce once played a concert in East Germany to use music to help people tear down barriers between them...

Wouldn't a state sponsored hack be a more likely hypothesis? Are the Feds above using the NSA to dig up dirt to promote desired policies proposals? Replace 'Feds' and 'NSA' with any state and its associated intelligence apparatus capable of doing this sort of thing and it probably still holds.

Now only is Andrew Jackson the Worst. President. Ever., but if he were alive today he'd be the #1 opponent to having his face on a bill from a central bank.
